Audio Department Assistant

Description:
Help oversee our Audio and Digital program by filling out various forms; organizing requests; locating/returning library books; tape duplication; mailing completed assignments; phone and written follow-up correspondence with Tapist trainees; copying and assembling training packets.
Requirements:
- Adult (18 + Years).
- Available Weekdays.
- Able to come to our office, which is on major bus lines and is handicapped accessible.
- Long-term commitment.
- Computer literate.
- Good clerical skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Phone, written communication, and customer service skills.
- Neat handwriting.
Time Commitment:
This job requires an ongoing commitment. We ask a minimum of 4 to 5 hours per week between 9am - 4pm; Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Training:
Training will be provided.
Location:
At our office in the Central Library Building in downtown Milwaukee.
