Pricing for Services
We do charge for services, although we charge considerably less than what it costs us, even with the help of our many dedicated volunteers.
Individual Pricing is for any qualified print disabled person getting a transcription for personal use.
Organizational Pricing is for any other business or professional use of our services.
Individual Pricing:
Individual Pricing shall not exceed the list price of the original document. In other words, if you are a qualified person paying for the transcription of a book or magazine for personal use, you will not pay more than the price of the book itself or the magazine subscription price (please provide a receipt of purchase).
Braille: $0.50 per Brailled page, plus $1 per volume for binding, not to exceed the list price of the original document.
Embossables: $1.50 per sheet, depending on size and quantity.
Tactiles: $1 per page, depending on size and quantity.
Audio and Digital: $0.25 per page of the original document, not to exceed the list price of the original document.
There is a $5 minimum per order.

Organizational Pricing:
Organizational Pricing does not provide a price limit to prevent the cost from exceeding the value of the original document. Other than that, the pricing structure is the same:
Braille: $0.50 per Brailled page, plus $1 per volume for binding.
Embossables: $1.50 per sheet, depending on size and quantity.
Tactiles: $1 per page, depending on size and quantity.
Audio and Digital: $0.25 per page of the original document.
There is a $5 minimum per order.
